Matthew Kirby is an associate based out of the firm’s Austin office.  Matthew guides property owners’ associations of all types through the legal process, including through assessment collection and deed restriction enforcement.  Matthew also assists businesses and individuals in commercial and real property disputes, including representing contractors and property owners in pre-litigation and litigation matters.

Matthew is a 2012 graduate of The University of Denver where he received a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration.  Matthew received his law degree from The University of Texas School of Law in 2015.
