Manny manages and handles business and commercial litigation for a variety of clients.

For twenty (20) years, Manny has practiced Texas commercial litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants, representing businesses, entrepreneurs, and Fortune 500 companies in a wide range of disputes concerning business litigation, real estate, title and lienholder disputes, evictions, restrictive covenants, foreclosures, tax suits, and post-judgment collections in civil and complex litigation.

Manny graduated from Cornell Law School before serving as law clerk to the Honorable Barefoot Sanders in the Northern District of Texas. Manny is a CPA, graduating from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Summa Cum Laude. Manny is licensed to practice in Texas state and federal courts.
