Grant R. Neidenfeuhr is a partner at Cagle Pugh.  For nearly 12 years, Grant has concentrated his practice in representing community associations throughout Texas.  Specifically, Grant has represented homeowners associations, condominium associations, and property owners associations through their Boards of Directors and developers in a variety of legal matters.  Such legal services include assessment collection and foreclosure matters; insurance coverage requirements and disputes; breach of contract and breach of covenants; bankruptcy; creation of planned communities; contract drafting and negotiations; preparation, interpretation and rewriting of governing documents; zoning; corporate matters; legislative drafting; construction defect litigation; and risk reduction.

Grant received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Winthrop University in 2005.  He received his law degree from the Southern Methodist University in 2010 and was licensed to practice law in the State of Texas in 2010

Grant is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Property Owners Association Law.  Grant has been recognized by Texas Super Lawyers as a Rising Star for the years 2019, 2020, and 2021.  Grant has also been recognized by Lawyers Distinction.

Grant is a frequent contributor to the State Bar of Texas through speaking and writing articles for Continuing Legal Education in Property Owners Association Law.

Grant received an athletic scholarship to play baseball at Winthrop University and declined a professional contract with the Colorado Rockies to pursue a legal career.
