Greg Garza is a Partner of Cagle Pugh based out of the firm’s Austin Office. Greg guides property owners’ associations of all types including, subdivision associations, condominium associations, mixed-use associations and commercial associations, through the legal process.

In his role as an attorney, Greg assists associations through assessment collection, deed restriction enforcement, and drafting and amending bylaws, policies, rules and regulations and other governing documents to keep property owner associations compliant with all state and federal law.

Greg is a 2010 graduate of The University of Texas where he received Bachelor of Arts degree in Government. Greg received his law degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2013.
