
Vernon K. Elkins
Associate
Vernon Elkins is an Associate Attorney based out of the firm’s Austin Office. Vernon guides property owners’ associations of all types through the legal process, including assessment collection, deed restriction enforcement, and offering general advice to ensure client success. He has over fifteen years of legal experience representing clients in a variety of complex litigation matters including aviation, transportation, construction defect, personal injury and real estate matters.
Vernon is a proud graduate of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and American History. He then went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law, where he specialized in real estate and international law. While attending law school, he was a co-founder and charter member of the school’s real estate law society. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing and traveling around the world.
