Board Member Trainings
Our Board Member Training classes focus exclusively on federal and Texas laws that govern Texas subdivision and condominium community associations and cover all of the core concepts necessary for Board Member to become informed and knowledgeable leaders in their associations. The classes are open to Board Members of all Texas community associations, even if the community association is not a client of the firm. Register once to attend all four of our virtual sessions.

Community Management Staff Training
Cagle Pugh’s Community Association Management Professional Training offers two separate series of classes specifically designed for various experience levels of community management career professionals. Unlike the courses offered by national organizations, our Community Association Management Training series focuses exclusively on federal and Texas laws that govern Texas subdivision and condominium community associations. Each training series consists of nine total hours of no-cost instruction broken down into six 90-minute classes.
We now provide THREE options to attend classes!
1) Individual IN-PERSON presentations including one bootcamp and one advance training throughout the year (available in Austin and San Antonio)
2) Knock out all 6 IN-PERSON bootcamp sessions at our FULL BOOTCAMP EXPERIENCE (1 or 2 days depending on location)
3) Our virtual sessions are monthly series. Register for either bootcamp, advanced, or both!
Please note, class binders and the Texas HOA Law Book are only distributed to in-person class attendees. Also, IN-PERSON sessions will not have a virtual component.

Full Bootcamp Sessions
This fall we will be holding our entire Boot Camp series across two days in each major Texas city. The entire series is free of charge and includes lunch, snack, and a happy hour.
